We only collect what we need to talk to you about your hotel. We never sell or share your details, there is no mailing list to escape, and you can ask us to delete what we hold about you at any time.
What we collect
When you book a consultation or contact us, we collect the details you give us: your name, your mobile number, the name of your hotel or resort, and anything you choose to tell us in the message field. If you message us on Messenger or Viber, we see what those platforms show us, such as your profile name.
How we use it
We use your details for one thing: to contact you about your consultation and answer your questions. If we work together, we use them to deliver your website and support you. That is the whole list.
What we never do
Cookies and analytics
This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it, such as which pages are read and where visitors come from. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. The site's chat assistant keeps your conversation only for the length of your session.
Your data is yours
You can ask us at any time to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or delete them completely. Message us on Messenger or Viber, or send us an email, and we will do it within a few business days. This is the same principle our whole product is built on: your guests, your bookings, and your data belong to you. We handle personal information in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
