For 19 years at Designblue, we built websites and brands for Philippine businesses of every size, from a national airport to small local brands. Along the way we kept noticing the same thing. Brilliant small Filipino hotels were handing a huge share of every booking to Agoda, Booking.com, and Expedia, and struggling to look online as good as they truly were in real life.
The tools to fix it already existed. The problem was that they were built for big chains, sold in confusing pieces, and left the owner to stitch everything together alone. Most owners we met were far too busy running the front desk to also become their own web developer, channel manager, and marketer.
So we built BlueFunnel Systems: everything a small hotel needs to attract guests and run day to day, in one done-for-you package at one clear price. We started with hotels in Siargao, because the problem is sharpest there and the community is tightest. BFS Hotelier is the first of many.
