Simple, transparent pricing.
No hidden fees, no surprises. Your website, your data, and your guests are always yours. Choose what fits your hotel, and know exactly what you are paying for.
Most small hotels lose ₱18,000 to ₱25,000 every month in OTA commissions. For about the cost of three months of that, your direct-booking website is yours for good.
Your direct-booking website, done for you
A complete hotel website with a built-in booking system, online payments through PayMongo (GCash, credit cards, and bank transfer), a dashboard you control, and Google Business setup and optimization. One clear one-time fee, delivered in 30 days or less. You own it permanently.
Boutique
Everything a small hotel, resort, or inn needs to stop paying OTA commissions: a complete booking system you own.
Hotel
Built for larger operations, with more room types, multiple rate plans, and extended booking setup.
Your website, always on, with AI, OTA sync, and reporting
Optional after your build, but strongly recommended. The Care Plan is the only way to switch on the AI chatbot, automatic OTA channel sync, and live reporting, on top of managed hosting that keeps everything running. Think of it as the electricity for your booking system.

Questions owners ask before they sign up
Do I need to know how to code or manage a website?
Not at all. We handle all of the technical work: building, launching, and running everything for you. After launch, you can update your own room rates, photos, and availability through a simple dashboard, with no developer needed, ever.
How long until my website is live?
We deliver your complete hotel website and booking system within 30 days of your first call, assuming timely review, approvals, and content from your side. Most owners are live and taking direct bookings within 30 days of signing up.
Can I still list on OTAs like Agoda and Booking.com while using this?
Yes, and we recommend it. Most of our clients keep their OTA listings during the switch. The goal is not to drop the OTAs overnight, it is to steadily grow your direct bookings so your dependence on them shrinks over time. Think of it as reducing a cost you already carry, not flipping a switch.
Is the setup fee a one-time payment or recurring?
One-time. The setup fee is a single charge that covers building your website, configuring your booking system, setting up payments, and getting everything ready to launch. You pay it once, and you own the site.
Does the booking system accept GCash?
Yes. Your booking system accepts GCash, major credit cards, and bank transfer. Filipino guests can pay however they prefer, which means fewer drop-offs and more confirmed bookings.
Does the monthly fee include my ad spend budget?
No. Your Social Media fee covers creating, scheduling, and publishing your posts and reels. Running paid ads is an optional add-on: a management fee of ₱7,000 a month for Boutique or ₱10,000 a month for Hotel, for us to build and improve the campaigns. The ad spend itself, a good starting range is ₱5,000 to ₱15,000 a month, is paid directly to Meta by you, and it is always your own money.
Are there any hidden fees?
None, with one thing we disclose up front. Social media plans include a one-time ₱12,000 onboarding fee at the start, covering your brand kit, content pillars, shared Google Drive setup, Meta Business Suite access, and first content calendar. It is not recurring. Every build includes 12 months of hosting, and after that a Care Plan or a minimal ₱2,500 a month Hosting-Only plan keeps the site live. Domain registration is the only other outside cost, typically ₱500 to ₱1,500 a year. Payment gateway fees are standard industry rates, typically 1.5 to 2.5 percent per transaction, charged by GCash and the card processors, not by us.
What if I only have a small hotel, will this work for me?
Absolutely. Our Boutique build at ₱120,000 is made specifically for smaller hotels of up to 20 rooms, and pairs with the Boutique Care Plan at ₱8,500 a month. OTA commissions hit hardest when your margins are thin, so every direct booking you keep matters even more on a small hotel.
When is my monthly fee due, and how does billing work?
Monthly plans are prepaid: your fee is due at the start of each billing period, before the month begins. This keeps things simple for both sides, with no surprise invoices and no chasing payments. You always know exactly what you are paying and what you are getting. If a renewal is not settled by the due date, service pauses until it is, so your account stays clean and current.
What happens if I cancel my Care Plan or social media plan?
The Care Plan has a 3-month minimum and Social has a 6-month minimum. After that, you can cancel any time with 30 days' notice. Your website code, booking system, and all your data are yours, and we help you move to your own hosting if you leave. Cancelling the Care Plan switches off managed hosting, the AI, OTA sync, and reporting, but your site and your direct bookings keep running, and you can keep the site live on the ₱2,500 a month Hosting-Only plan.

Not sure which plan is right? Let's figure it out together.
It takes 15 minutes. No obligation and no hard sell, just an honest conversation about your hotel and what would actually help.

We create the content. You approve it.

Boutique Social
Keep your presence warm and pulling in direct bookings across Facebook and Instagram. A consistent presence without the pressure, the volume a boutique hotel needs, so guests can discover you on Instagram, not just on Agoda.

Build wider reach for a larger hotel. Double the output for hotels with more rooms, room types, and seasons to show off, with reels made to put your hotel in front of travellers who have never heard of you.
